How we build
Five stages,
no surprises.
Most healthcare builds go wrong in the gaps — between the drawings and the permit, between the equipment order and the rough-in. These are the five points where we close those gaps.
Book a site walkthrough-
Site review & feasibility
We walk the unit before anything is drawn. Ceiling heights, existing services, landlord restrictions and the base building's limits decide what is actually buildable — and what would cost you three months.

Drawings & permit
We coordinate the architect, the equipment supplier and the engineers so one set of drawings satisfies the building department, the health unit and your landlord's approval process at the same time.

Fixed price & schedule
You get one number and one date, with the assumptions written down. Long-lead items — cabinetry, imaging equipment, mechanical units — are ordered against that schedule, not after it.

Build
One site supervisor, one point of contact, and a weekly update you can forward to your partners. Inspections are booked ahead of the work being ready, not after it.

Handover & opening
Final inspections, equipment commissioning, deficiency list closed out, and warranties and manuals handed over in one package — so the day you open is the day you planned to open.
