Subcontractors

Good trades get called back.

We keep a short list of subcontractors we trust and use them again and again. If you run a tight crew and stand behind your work, register with us.

Why register

We reuse the same trades.

We are not looking for the cheapest number on every job. We keep a short list of crews who show up, price honestly and finish clean — and we call them first. Register once and you are on it.

Trades we buy out

What we are usually looking for.

  • Mechanical & HVAC

Ductwork, rooftop units and controls. Medical work means pressure relationships and filtration that get commissioned, not guessed.

  • Drywall, framing & ceilings

Steel stud, lead-lined partitions for imaging, T-bar and drywall bulkheads. Level 5 where the lighting is unforgiving.

Sprinkler modifications, alarm devices and the verification paperwork an inspector actually wants to see.

Working with us

What we expect, and what you get.

  • Papers current, always

WSIB clearance and a $2M liability certificate before you set foot on site. Most of our work is inside occupied buildings and the landlord checks.

  • Dates are firm

Our client has already told their patients or their franchisor when they open. If your crew cannot make a window, say so when we ask — not the week before.

  • You get paid on time

Progress draws on the schedule we agreed, holdback released when the Construction Act says it is due. No games, no thirty-day drift.
